• The “Prep Time” recommendations are very fluid 😀 .  They are a guideline and represent the time it should take a healthy individual to complete the instructions.  HOWEVER, we all know that times vary, and I must say that sometimes things that should take only 30 minutes to prepare take me hours or in some cases, days! (who knew onions could be sooo exhausting to slice?)
